About

How it all started

We moved to Alamosa, Colorado with a cheap piece of property invested in, to build a self-sustainable home. We had a small household with a leaning toward natural living and herbalism. The big dream was to raise our new nine-month old son son in a quiet, friendly place.

Yet, disaster struck right after his 16-month-old mark. A babysitter would change his story five times, to blame us for devastating injuries that occurred while we were at work. A coerced statement and fabrication of evidence created a wrongful conviction. Read, Why does this happen from Korey Wise Innocence Project.

Our business and hopes

Justice for Kyran LLC was founded to launch this series of books, and with a goal of raising awareness so we can prevent these errors within the Human Services and Judicial system. A firm hope remains that we may assist others in the same situation to find freedom from wrongful arrest, conviction and incarceration.

Extreme traumatic challenges do not deter me.
